Hey there! I've decided to start sharing some of my favorite recipes with my readers. Most food recipes I post will be free of the 8 common food allergens (peanuts, tree nuts, milk, eggs, wheat, soy, fish, and shellfish). I am personally intolerant to many more foods, and because of this, my recipes will sometimes contain nuts, since I am thankfully not allergic to them. However, I will try my best to include modifications whenever possible, because I know how frustrating it can be to find a recipe that suits all of your allergy needs. And pictures to guide you along. I apologize for the poor quality photos. I had a craving for these at 10:30 pm, and decided to document the process. In other words, poor lighting. I also forgot to take a picture of step 6, but whatever. You're big kids and I have faith that you can figure it out. ;) I did not invent this recipe, but rather altered/combined a bunch of different recipes for cauliflower wings. These are my favorite and also the only ones that are free of everything I'm allergic to. I haven't come across any other recipes for these that use garbanzo flour, but it is my absolute favorite to use! It has a nice texture when baked, and is also full of protein! A healthier alternative to rice flour, in my opinion. Also, I should note that you can serve these up with vegan ranch or blue cheese dressing, but I personally hate both and didn't go out of my way to develop recipes for them. Oh and celery. You can add that too, but, of course, I hate that as well. ;)
